Beldugi croquettes

Fish fillet, bread soaked in milk, onion pass through a meat grinder. Add egg yolks, pepper, salt and pereme­shat well. Form the minced meat into croquettes, wet in an egg, roll in a su­kharyakh, wet again in an egg, roll in crumbs and deep fry. Pour butter over the croquettes before serving. Garnish - fried potatoes.
