Then with flour, vanilla powder (or vanilla sugar).

Dilute with cold milk, mix until homogeneous (can be mixed with a mixer).

Put on fire (medium) and, stirring continuously, bring to a boil.

If the cream is needed thicker, it is continuously stirred, boiled for 5-10 minutes before thickening. Cool to 40-50 degrees.
