How to make cherry liqueur: Cherries (with seeds) are poured with alcohol in a jar, tightly sealed and insisted for a week, shaking daily.
Then infusion is drained through funnel with cotton wool into other utensils.
The berries are sprinkled with sugar and mixed with it, shaking the dishes. Then the jar is closed and put in a warm place for 2-3 weeks, stirring every day until the sugar dissolves.
After a liquid (syrup) is formed in the jar, it is poured through a funnel into a dish where previously cast infusion is stored.
Water is heated.
Half of the water (125 g) is heated, poured, shaken, the remaining berries and then drained through a funnel of cotton wool into a previously cast infusion and syrup. This operation is repeated using the remaining water.
The obtained liquid is left for 2-3 weeks for clarification, after which the cherry liquor is poured into the bottle through a funnel with a filter. Cherry liquor is ready. Enjoy your meal!
