Sauerkraut vinaigrette

Cut cucumber, boiled potatoes, beets, carrots into thin slices, chop onions. Go through the cabbage and squeeze from brine, if the cabbage is sour - rinse. Put the chopped vegetables in a saucepan, season with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and mix everything. Put the ready-made vinaigrette in a salad bowl, decorate with lettuce leaves, sprinkle with green onions. Vinaigrette can be made with salted or pickled mushrooms.
