Cut the lettuce leaves into straws. Go through the rice, rinse, fall into boiling salted water (3 cups of water for 2 tbsp of rice) and cook until tender. Transfer the boiled rice to a colander and cool. Mix the herring with rice, onions, add finely chopped eggs, green salad, season with mayonnaise and mix well. Put the salad in a salad bowl with a slide and decorate with slices of herring, eggs, green salad.
