Potatoes fried with pumpkin

peel the pumpkin, remove all seeds and fibres and slice, batch in flour and fry until ruddy. if the pumpkin is firm, cover and simmer in the oven. cut raw potatoes into slices, dry and fry in oil. put potatoes on a plate, roast pumpkin on top, pour sour cream, sprinkle with dill or other herbs and serve.

potatoes - 500 g, pumpkin - 400 g, eggs - 1 pc., vegetable oil - 50 g, milk - 40 g, sour cream - 100 g, ground crumbs - 40 g, greens to taste, salt to taste
