Schnitzel with mushrooms

Cut pork (ham) into 4 slices, beat them off. Whisk eggs with milk, add chopped onions, garlic, pepper. Dip schnitzels in the prepared mixture and put in a cold place for 2 hours. Then we remove the remains of onions and garlic from the meat surface, salt, roll the meat in chopped parsley greens, then in a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs and fry in hot fat. Rinse the mushrooms several times with running water, cut and, salt, fry in oil. We put schnitzels and mushrooms in a dish, serve with fried or boiled potatoes, sour cream sauce.
