Summer fruit salad
Cut off the top third of the melon and remove the flesh. Clean the seeds, cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the edge of most of the melon with denticles. Mix dessert wine with powdered sugar, put fruits in the mixture and let it brew in the refrigerator 1 an hour. Fill the fruit salad with melon and serve on small ice cubes with wine and foam sauce.
