Fritters with sour cream




You can make delicious fritters without yeast. Soft and lush, fritters on sour cream, kefir or rustic milk are obtained. If desired, you can add baking soda to the dough.

wheat flour - 2 cups, eggs - 3 pcs., kefir - 2 cups, or rustic milk - 2 cups, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil (for frying) how much will go, sour cream - 0.5 cups, salt to taste, sugar to taste

Beat the eggs with sugar and salt (whisk or using a mixer). Add kefir, sifted flour, melted butter. Mix until homogeneous. Spoon the fritters onto a preheated oil pan. Fry on both sides until golden. Serve fritters with sour cream.
