Pumpkin fritters
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, grate. Add sifted flour, milk, eggs, salt to taste, sugar, soda to the obtained mass and mix until homogeneous mass is formed. In a hot pan greased with fat, spoon the dough and fry the fritters on both sides until golden. Serve fritters of 2-4 pcs per serving, watering with sour cream.
pumpkin - 400 g, wheat flour - 100 g, milk - 60 g, eggs - 1 pc., sugar - 30 g, soda - 4 g, fat - 30 g, sour cream - 60 g
