How to make pita roll with chicken and cheese? Such a snack is prepared very quickly, literally, in 15 minutes, if the products for it are prepared in advance. Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and boil in salted water. It is enough to cook for about 20 minutes from the moment the broth boils, if the piece of meat is small. You can use meat from any other part of the chicken, most importantly, it is good to separate it from the bones.
Unfold a thin Armenian pita on a working straight surface. Lavash can be large rectangular or small round, any of them will need to be rolled into a roll. If the pita is fresh, it is soft and wet enough, it can be immediately spread with filling, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. If pita bread has already lay at home for several days, then most likely it is dried, it is also suitable for making such an appetizer, then it must be soaked in mayonnaise.

Leave the chicken fillet to cool and slice it into small pieces. Grate or finely chop the hard cheese.
