How to make a roll from carrots and melted cheese? Peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater, fry on a mixture of vegetable and butter oils under a lid until soft, roll them into a colander. Grind the greens. Separate the yolks from the proteins and add to the carrots. Salt, pepper, add the chopped greens and mix.
While the roll sponge is baking, cook the filling. In order for the melted raw materials to be easier to grate, you need to remove them 30 minutes before cooking in the freezer. Grate hard and melted cheeses on a coarse grater. Wash the spring onions and chop them finely. Add onions, spices and mayonnaise to the cheese, mix everything thoroughly. Mayonnaise may need more or less, but it is desirable that the filling is not dry.
Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and leave in the form for 5 minutes. Turn the biscuit on film and very carefully, slowly, remove the paper. Maybe a little bit of biscuit will stick to the paper, but it's not scary. You can remove the stuck remains of the biscuit from the paper with a knife and put it on the future roll before laying out the filling.
