Boil the water in a saucepan. The ratio of water to shrimp should be at least 2: 1. Add lemon juice, peppers, bay leaves, parsley to boiling water. Spices will give shrimp a pleasant spicy taste. Pour salt into the water, mix. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. It may seem that the amount of salt is high. But do not be afraid, the shrimp will not be salted, as they are cooked in a shell.
Wait for the boil. Cook the shrimp with an average simmer of no more than 5 minutes. I have shrimp boiled-ice cream, that is, they have already been boiled before freezing.
