Poached eggs in english

Boil the eggs "in a bag, " peel and put on croutons. Put the croutons on a serving frying pan, sprinkle the eggs with grated cheese, pour over the melted butter. Put the pan in the hot oven for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
