Vanilla soufflé

Boil 160g milk with 20g sugar and vanilla stick. Stir 30 g of flour well in 1-2 tbsp. spoons of cold milk and add to the boiling milk. Boil the mixture for several minutes, stirring continuously, then, removing from the stove, add 10 g of butter, 2 egg yolks, a strong foam of 3 egg whites and 20 g of vanilla caster sugar to it. Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with icing sugar and fill with mass. Bake the product at a moderate temperature. Sprinkle the ready-made soufflé with sugar and serve hot.
