Toast with beef fillet

Fry slices of bread until brown, spread with mustard, put a piece of fillet and 3 pieces of speck on each. Spread the speck with butter with spicy herbs, put slices of cheese on top. Bake in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, until the cheese melts.
