Cheese with berries or fruit
Berries (cherries, strawberries, gooseberries, etc. ) and fruits (apples, pears, plums, peaches, apricots, etc. ) should be whole, not damaged, fruits - not very hard (it is advisable to choose the softest from apples and pears). You can use fruit from compote. Cut the cheese into small cubes or oblong bars (10-15 pieces). Attach an entire berry or fruit wedge to each piece of cheese with a canape skewer or plastic fork. The snack is ready.
