From 2 egg yolks, well mixed with milk, bake in a butter-greased pan pancake (in the oven). Spread the ready-made pancake with apricot povidl and coat with a foam of egg whites and sugar. Place the product again in a hot oven. When the foam turns red, serve the soufflé on the table.
