potatoes in the peel are thoroughly cleaned from pollution, washed out, wiped dry and put in the oven. when baked, it is cleaned and crushed with a special device. the oil is rubbed, added: yolks, mashed potatoes, milled cottage cheese, sugar, whipped proteins and some salt. all this is stirred and poured into a form lubricated with oil and sprinkled with crumbs. baked for 30 minutes over medium heat. ready-made is tipped onto a dish and served with sour cream or rustic milk.
