Potato souffle (diet)

raw potatoes, grated and squeezed, mixed with milk, yolk, butter, salt and whipped protein. this mixture is poured into an oil-lubricated and crumb-sprinkled mould. souffle is baked for 30 minutes, after which it is tipped onto a dish and cut into slices. It will go to the table with green beans, spinach, peas, or with some other boiled vegetables poured with hot butter.
