grate horseradish, lightly spit in oil, add pepper, bay leaf, vinegar and boil. peel the apples, remove the core, grate on a fine grater and mix with browned horseradish, hot sour cream sauce, salt and cook for 5 minutes. serve to boiled meat, corned beef, tongue; use also when baking meat.
