lightly fry the flour in oil, dilute with a hot mixture of milk and broth and cook for 10 - 15 minutes at low boiling. then put the sugar, salt and strain. just before using the sauce, add raw egg yolk to it.

milk - 1 cup, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, broth - 0.5 cups, sugar - 1 teaspoon, yolk - 1 pc., salt to taste
