Lemon soy sauce
Wipe the yolks through a sieve, put in a bowl. Add a little olive oil, rub with a spoon of yolks with oil until they mix with the oil completely. Then add the icing sugar and lemon juice. Beat the sauce with a mixer. The sauce should get a sweet and sour taste.
