Sauce horse-radish
Grated or passed through a meat grinder, horseradish is boiled with boiling water, covered with a lid and allowed to cool. One performs dressing with salt, sugar and vinegar. When making horseradish sauce with beetroot, boiled beetroot is added, passed through a meat grinder or grated.
