Zucchini sauce

Make the sauce: Fry the peeled, washed and chopped onions until golden in the warmed oil on which the courgettes were fried. Then sprinkle it with flour and ground red pepper, add the mash tomato, mix and simmer for 5-10 minutes. After that, pour in hot water or strained broth and continue to simmer, stirring, for another 7-10 minutes. Pour the resulting thin sauce into the courgettes, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and dill greens, salt, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until soft. Remove the ready-made courgettes and put them on a dish.
