broth (fish, meat or vegetable) 5 cups, wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, butter - 3 tbsp. spoons, parsley root - 2 pcs., onions - 1 pc., lemon - 0.5 pcs., or citric acid - 0.25 tsp, pepper to taste, salt to taste
How to make the main white sauce: Fry wheat flour in butter, dilute with hot broth and stir well until smooth. Add finely chopped onions, parsley root. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Then put the butter, pour in the lemon juice or diluted citric acid, salt, stir and strain.
