White sauce for mince

Flour is fried in a dry frying pan till light brown colour. Fat is placed in a pan, onions are heated and fried till golden colour. Flour is mixed with onions, then broth or water is added, diluted till consistency of thick sour cream and, stirring, boiled for 10 minutes, after which pepper, bay leaf, greens, salt are added. The finished sauce is used for dressing minced meat, as indicated in the recipes.
