Go through rice, rinse, pour with 3 glasses of water and boil. Chill and mix with grated cheese and roughly chopped ham. Go through the spinach, rinse and simmer in a small amount of water 5 minutes. Cool, roughly chop, mix with 1 tbsp. spoonful of butter, chopped egg, pepper, salt and nutmeg. Put rice and spinach in a mold lubricated with oil in layers. In each layer of spinach, make a depression and pour a raw egg into it. Lay the remaining oil evenly on the surface of spinach. Bake in the oven.
