Salted potato sticks (to wine or beer)

The grated potatoes are thoroughly mashed with butter, salt, shredded spritz, soda and flour. Dough is kneaded. A layer with a thickness of 1/2 of a finger is rolled out. 8 cm long sticks are cut with a knife. Each of them is spread with protein and sprinkled with cumin. They bake on a greased sheet in an oven.
