Korean cauliflower

Korean recipe salads are very popular in our country. One of the most sought-after is Korean cauliflower. We offer a simple Korean cauliflower recipe to help you make this salad at home.

cauliflower (inflorescences) 450 g, bell pepper 1 red and 1 green 100 g, carrots - 1 pc., dill to taste, salt - 0.5 tsp, sugar powder - 1.5 tsp, ground coriander 1 pinch, black pepper - 1 pinch, red pepper - 1 pinch, vinegar 70% -0.5 tsp, sodium glutamate (adzi-no-moto) 1 tsp

Disassemble the cabbage into separate inflorescences and rinse. Pour boiling water for 3 minutes. Wash the peppers, cut the seed thinly and cut into rings. Cut the carrots into a match-thick straw or grate across on a Korean carrot grater. Dill very finely cut. Mix all the ingredients with the spices. Korean cauliflower will taste even better if you leave it to brew overnight.
