Potatoes, carrots, as well as pickles, tomatoes, cooked and peeled, cut into semicircles, and beets - in slices. Cook the herring fillet, cool and cut into even pieces. Mix everything, add canned green peas, season with mayonnaise or sour cream and Moskovsky sauce. Put the vinaigrette in a salad bowl with a slide. Put pieces of fish on four sides and pour mayonnaise over them. Garnish with carrots, beetroot, spring onions and sprinkle with parsley greens.
