Vinaigrette with cheese
Boil potatoes, beets and carrots separately in the skin, cool, peel and cut into cubes or straws. Finely chop cucumbers, greens and spring onions, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix all the ingredients, salt and season with mayonnaise. Put the salad on a slide in a salad bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped greens.
