Herring vinaigrette

Sauerkraut is squeezed finely chopped. Boiled potatoes, beets, carrots, boiled beans, chopped bulb onions, pickles are added into thin slices. Then vegetables are seasoned with vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and mixed. Put the vinaigrette with a slide in a salad bowl, sprinkle with green onions, put pieces of chopped herring (fillet) on top. They decorate with rings of bulb onions, green lettuce leaves or sprigs of parsley greens.
