Vinaigrette with meat

Cut thin small slices boiled or fried meat (of your choice), boiled potatoes, pickles or fresh cucumbers (gherkins can be mixed with chopped salad and season with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and "Yuzhny" sauce. Next, prepare the vinaigrette in the usual way. Garnish with boiled egg, cut into wedges.
