Vegetable vinaigrette

boiled carrots, potatoes, beets, pickles are cut into thin slices. sauerkraut is squeezed and chopped. bulb or green onions are chopped. vinegar, salt, mustard pepper are added and filled with vegetable oil. one mixes the mixture, puts it in a lettuce bowl, before covering it with green salad, and decorates it with rings of bulb onions and sprigs of parsley greens on top. vinaigrette can also be seasoned with mayonnaise with southern sauce or salad dressing (described above).

potatoes - 1.5 pcs., carrots - 1 pc., beets - 1 pc., onions - 0.5 pcs., sauerkraut - 1 tbsp. spoon, cucumbers - 2 pcs., vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, vinegar to taste, pepper to taste, mustard to taste, green salad to taste, parsley greens to taste, salt to taste
