Vinaigrette special
Take boiled or fried beef or veal, add boiled potatoes, boiled beets, pickles, olives, capers, pickled mushrooms, chopped onions, salt and, cutting everything into small pieces, fold on a dish with a slide. Then make gravy: take vinegar 8 tbsp. l. , olive oil 3 tbsp. l. , 1 tsp mustard, steeply boiled yolk, add sugar and salt to taste and stir well until everything combines smoothly and well. Douse all the vinaigrette, euthanize with chopped dill or parsley, side with lanspeak and serve.
