Herring potato vinaigrette (cold)

Cook the potatoes (best steamed), cool, peel and slice. Wash the herring and onions, peel and chop. Rub the steeply boiled egg yolk until smooth with vegetable oil and mustard. Put capers, peppers in the dressing, pour vinegar, salt. Chop egg white. Mix everything, sprinkle with chopped greens.
