Vinaigrette "sakhalin"
Boil potatoes, beets and carrots, cool, peel and cut into thin slices, also cut cucumbers. Finely chop the onions. Mix everything with sea cabbage, season with vegetable oil, vinegar, add salt, sugar, pepper, mix. Slide the salad into a salad bowl and garnish with slices of vegetables and herbs.
