Fish in vinaigrette
Salt fish (chum, pink salmon, salmon) or herring, peel, remove bones and cut into small pieces. Boil potatoes, carrots and beets separately, cool, peel. Cut boiled vegetables, cucumbers and boiled eggs into cubes. Finely chop the sea cabbage and greens. Mix everything, add grated garlic, a few drops of lemon juice, season with mayonnaise. Put the salad in a salad bowl and decorate with a flower of rolled salted fish slices and lemon slices.
