Southern salad

Boil 2-3 potatoes, cut into thin circles, which then cut in half. Also cut and 2 hard-boiled eggs. Put the potatoes and eggs in layers in the salad bowl, pouring salt and pepper over each layer. Top with pre-steamed and dried raisins, any crushed and toasted nuts. Pour sauce over the salad, garnish with nuts, raisins and herbs.
