Boil the egg hard-boiled, cool and peel. Make the dressing: Mix the sour cream, lemon juice, red ground pepper, sugar, salt and grate well to a smooth consistency. Rinse the green lettuce and dill with cold water and roll back in a colander to make the glass water. Then cut the salad into 3-4 parts, and finely patch the dill and pour in the cooked dressing. This salad is good to serve with meat dishes, as well as poultry and fish dishes.
