Salad with cottage cheese and cucumbers

2 tbsp cottage cheese, 1 tbsp milk, 1 tsp sunflower oil, cucumber grated over a coarse grater, some parsley greens. Dilute the cottage cheese with milk, add vegetable oil, mix everything. You can put sweet peppers, radishes in the salad.
