Croutons salad
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in oil. Roll the croutons in grated cheese. Disassemble the salad into leaves, rinse, dry and narrow into pieces. Peel and cut the cucumber in half, then slice. Cut the onions and radishes into thin circles. Cut boiled eggs and tomatoes into wedges. Wipe the curd through a sieve, add salt, sugar, chopped greens, dilute with rustic milk and stir until homogeneous. Mix the vegetables, season with curd sauce, put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with croutons and cheese.
