Peanut salad

Fry the peanuts in a dry pan, cool and peel off the dry skin. Peel the watercress, wash well, dry and roughly chop, place on a wide plate, top with a slide of peanuts, salt, sprinkle with black pepper and pour over the sesame (or olive) oil.
