Turkish salad

Thin slices of boiled potatoes and eggs are laid out in layers in a salad bowl, each sprinkled with salt and pepper. On top, swollen and dried raisins are placed, chopped toasted nuts and all this is lightly poured with sauce. They decorate the salad with raisins, whole nuts, herbs.
