Vegetable salad

pumpkin is peeled, freed from seeds, cut into thin slices, sprayed with oil and baked in a roasting cupboard for 10 - 15 minutes. potatoes, cooked "in a uniform, " are peeled and cut also into thin slices. white cabbage is chopped with straws and stewed in its own juice for 5 - 10 minutes with addition of salt and cumin. prepared products are put into salad bowl in layers: first pumpkin, then cabbage, fresh tomatoes and potatoes cut into slices, onions chopped with straws, seasoned with vegetable oil and sprinkled with chopped dill and parsley greens.
