Meat salad (boeuj en salade)

Peel and slice the potatoes. Also chop boiled meat and tomatoes. Put tomatoes in a salad bowl with an even layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put a layer of meat on top and a layer of potatoes on it, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Pour over the dressing and garnish with an egg, cut into four pieces.
