Raw potato and cucumber salad

Cut the potatoes (120g), cucumbers (100g) into cubes and pour over the whipped sour cream (100g), which is topped with lemon zest and lemon juice, honey (tablespoon), vegetable oil and crushed greens. Stir the salad and decorate with circles of cucumbers and sprigs of parsley. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, and if they are young, then do not peel.
