Separate the parsley stems from the greens and roots, wash, roughly chop and, tying with vinegar, sugar and salt, mix well. Place a light yoke on top - and you can rest for 40-45 minutes. Finely chop the spring onions. Thin the garlic. After the allotted time, mix the parsley with the onions and garlic. If you fill it with soy sauce before serving the salad on the table, then your guests will be delighted with this spring vitaminized dish!
