Potato salad

Raw potatoes are cut into thin strips, boiled in salted water, reclined in a colander and cooled. Bulb onions shredded with semi-rings are browned in vegetable oil. The finished vegetables are mixed, seasoned with vegetable oil, black ground pepper, salt and crushed garlic.
